My Love List for the Week of July 15

• The wonderful summer weather, full of many short walks to beat the heat, but also able to enjoy the weather with the dog. 

• Cowbird, the website not the bird. I love the concept of people coming together to write stories in their lives. 

• Coffee, because it make everyday that much more lovely

• New iPhone, because  my last one  had an accident, and  the screen shattered. This always, happens to me when my contract is up and I can get a lower price on a new iPhone.  Do you think iPhone commit suicide when the contract is up?

• Losing weight again, the plateau is over, my cardiologist and I will have to do a happy dance
